syslog-ng Premium Edition performance measurements

As part of the recent syslog-ng Premium Edition 4.0 release, our test engineers – most notably Pzolee made some performance measurements on the PE 4.0 release, and also on some older releases. The most notable result is that during the tests syslog-ng PE was able to receive over 180000 messages per second, and this figure is expected to increase in the upcoming 4.1 release.
